I use evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing. I work successfully with children, adolescents, couples, resolving family issues, parenting, helping young people find purpose, and healing past trauma. I also utilise EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Internal family Systems for dealing with trauma.

Need help managing anger or being more assertive? I provide psychoeducation and counselling to build better relationships, emotional intelligence, resilience, understanding, rapport, and respect by changing thinking and communication styles.
